All Drywall fastenings should be driven straight and the heads should be set slightly below the plane of the surface. Once inserted the screw should be sealed and taped to avoid any contact with wet plaster or plasterboard lime.

Bugle head designed to not damage the plasterboard during installation. Fully threaded up to 50mm partially threaded thereafter. Available in fi ne thread, ideal for securing plasterboard to drywall/ceiling track systems. Available in coarse thread, ideal for securing plaster board to timber. 25° Super Sharp’ (SS) point for ease of penetration. Self-drilling point designed to drill 0.8 -2.5 to 3.0mm metal tracking.

ALL TIMco DRYWALL SCREWS ARE:
• Manufactured to JIS B1125 (1995) and independently tested to IFI specifi cation ASTM C1002-89.
• Made from C10-18 steel and plated in either zinc or black phosphate to withstand 50 hours salt spray test.
• A hardened surface up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility.
